About the SL-D303
The Technics SL-D303 is a fully automatic, direct-drive turntable introduced in 1981. It uses a brushless DC motor with FG servo control and supports automatic start, return and stop, as well as manual play and repeat. Its S-shaped, static-balanced tonearm has adjustable tracking force and anti-skating; the model was supplied with an EPC-U25 moving-magnet cartridge. The platter is aluminum die-cast, and the deck includes electronic speed selection and pitch adjustment.
