General Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscription services offered by TwoChannel Technologies Ltd. through twochannel.ai. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to all paid features until your billing period ends
  • No prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period
  • Your account will automatically revert to the Free tier after the billing period ends

Automatic Renewals

All paid subscriptions (Audiophile and Professional tiers) automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled:

  • Monthly subscriptions renew on the same date each month
  • Annual subscriptions renew on the anniversary of your subscription start date
  • You are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date to avoid charges
  • Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed

Plan Upgrades

When you upgrade to a higher subscription tier:

  • The upgrade takes effect immediately
  • You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period
  • Your new billing cycle begins from the upgrade date
  • Access to upgraded features is granted immediately upon successful payment

Plan Downgrades

When you downgrade to a lower subscription tier:

  • The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing period
  • You retain access to your current tier features until the billing period ends
  • No refunds are provided for the difference in tier pricing
  • Important: If your current usage exceeds the limits of the new tier (e.g., number of systems), you must reduce your usage before the downgrade takes effect. Failure to do so may result in automatic deletion of excess content, starting with the most recently created items.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing:

  • You will receive at least thirty (30) days notice before any price change
  • Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing period following the notice period
  • If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues on our end that prevented you from accessing paid features for an extended period
  • Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors
  • Other exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge in question.

One-Time Purchases

For one-time purchases such as additional sponsorship slots, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been activated. However, if you have not yet used the purchased service, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss billing issues:

  • Email us at admin@twochannel.ai
  • Include your account email address and a description of the issue
  • Provide any relevant transaction IDs or invoice numbers

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
