3. Access product information - Browse a database of audio equipment (speakers, amplifiers, turntables, DACs, cables, etc.) with pricing, specifications, and community usage data
4. Subscription features - Paid tiers offer additional capabilities like AI-generated system analyses, the ability to contribute new products to the database, and marketing tools for audio professionals/dealers

The platform combines elements of a product database, community sharing network, and recommendation engine focused specifically on high-fidelity audio equipment.

3. Ownership of Your Files

If at the date of termination of your Account, there are any outstanding payments owing by you to us, you will receive one final invoice via email. Once that invoice has been paid in full, you will not be charged again.

Except in a case where we are in violation of these Terms of Use, we will not be held liable for, and you hereby fully waive the right to claim for, any loss, injury, claim, liability or damages of any kind resulting in any way from use of the Website.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use and any access to or use of the Website shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws in force in the Province of Alberta.

If any claim, dispute or controversy occurs between TWOCHANNEL TECHNOLOGIES LTD. and a User relating to the interpretation or implementation of any of the provisions of these Terms of Use, such dispute shall be resolved by private, confidential and binding arbitration. Such arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. The arbitrator shall be appointed by agreement of the parties or, in the absence of an agreement, such arbitrator shall be appointed by a judge upon the application of either the User or TWOCHANNEL TECHNOLOGIES LTD. Arbitration shall be held in the Province of Alberta, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The arbitration procedure to be followed shall be agreed by the parties or, in absence of an agreement, determined by the arbitrator. The arbitration shall proceed in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Act, RSA 2000, c A-43. Subject to any right of appeal, the decision arrived at by the arbitrator shall be final and binding. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

15. Waiver of Class Action

By using the Website, you agree to resolve any claim or dispute arising between you and us on an individual basis, rather than addressing such claim or dispute as part of a group or class. You hereby waive any right you may have to commence or participate in any class action lawsuit commenced against TWOCHANNEL TECHNOLOGIES LTD. or its affiliates related to any claim, dispute or controversy arising from your use of the Website. Where applicable, you hereby agree to opt out of any class proceeding against TWOCHANNEL TECHNOLOGIES LTD. otherwise commenced.

The parties to these Terms of Use are independent contractors and are not partners or agents. TWOCHANNEL TECHNOLOGIES LTD. has no fiduciary obligations or professional obligations whatsoever to you arising from these Terms of Use or your use of the Website.

e. Severability

In the event that any provision or part of this Agreement is found to be void or invalid by a court of law, the remaining provisions, or parts thereof, shall be and remain in full force and effect.

f. Entire Agreement

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. Users should independently verify all information before making purchasing decisions.

RECOMMENDATIONS LIABILITY

Product recommendations displayed on the Website are generated algorithmically based on community usage patterns and do not constitute endorsements by TwoChannel Technologies Ltd. We are not liable for any purchases made based on recommendations. We make no guarantees regarding product compatibility, performance, sound quality, or user satisfaction. Recommendations do not account for individual room acoustics, personal preferences, or specific use cases. Users assume all risk when acting on recommendations.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy posted on the Website. If you downgrade to a lower subscription tier, features and limits will adjust at the start of your next billing period. If your current usage exceeds the limits of the new tier (e.g., number of systems), you will be required to reduce your usage before the downgrade takes effect; failure to do so may result in automatic deletion of excess content (most recently created first). We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with thirty (30) days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period following the notice period.

DATA DELETION

Upon account cancellation or deletion request: (a) Personal identifying information (name, email, profile data) will be deleted within thirty (30) days; (b) User-created systems may be retained in anonymized form (attributed to "Anonymous" or similar) for the benefit of the community; comments will be deleted within thirty (30) days; (c) Price inputs and product contributions may be retained in anonymized form for the benefit of the community database. Aggregated usage statistics that do not identify individual users may be retained indefinitely. Users may request a full export of their personal data prior to account deletion by contacting admin@twochannel.ai. Data export requests will be fulfilled within thirty (30) days.

DMCA/COPYRIGHT

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid takedown notices. Our designated agent for copyright infringement claims can be reached at admin@twochannel.ai. Takedown notices must include: (i) identification of the copyrighted work; (ii) identification of the infringing material with sufficient detail to locate it; (iii) your contact information; (iv) a statement of good faith belief; (v) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury; and (vi) your physical or electronic signature. Counter-notifications may be submitted following the same process. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated after three (3) verified violations.

PRODUCT REMOVAL

Brand owners and manufacturers may request correction or removal of inaccurate product information by contacting admin@twochannel.ai with proof of authority. Requests will be reviewed within fourteen (14) business days. We reserve the right to retain factual, non-infringing information that is accurate and in the public interest.

USER-GENERATED PRODUCT SUBMISSIONS

Products submitted by users to the database become part of the community resource. While users retain any copyright in original descriptions or images they create, factual product information (specifications, model numbers, pricing) cannot be claimed as proprietary. By submitting product information, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, edit, and display such information. We reserve the right to edit, correct, merge, or remove user-submitted product information at our discretion.

PROFESSIONAL/SPONSORSHIP

Users with Professional accounts who utilize sponsorship or marketing features must comply with all applicable advertising regulations, including FTC disclosure requirements in the United States and equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions. All sponsored content and affiliate links will be clearly labeled as such on the Website. Users may not misrepresent dealer relationships, product availability, or pricing. Sponsorships that violate these terms or applicable law may be removed without refund.

Professional members may create affiliate links to third-party retailers after onboarding TwoChannel Technologies Ltd. to their affiliate platform of choice. Affiliate links are not subject to sponsorship slot limits. We do not verify pricing accuracy, product availability, or the validity of retailer relationships for any affiliate links. TwoChannel Technologies Ltd. may receive a commission on purchases made through affiliate links.
