About the Voyager
The Origin Live Voyager is a flagship belt-drive turntable designed for very low vibration, high rigidity, and highly customizable setup. Origin Live describes it as using twin DC motors, a large-diameter main bearing with special oil, a rigid profiled platter, and a multi-part/multi-layer platter architecture intended to control resonance and transmit energy cleanly from the record. It can be configured for multiple tonearms and custom armboards, and the deck is offered in Voyager and Voyager-S variants on Origin Live’s shop. The Voyager appears to be a current product rather than a discontinued model, and one dealer listing shows the Voyager Mk4 chassis-only at a starting price of £28,000.
