About the Beogram 3000
The Bang & Olufsen Beogram 3000 is a two-speed stereo turntable that was produced in several distinct generations. All Beogram 3000 models share 33 and 45 rpm record playback and automatic, user-friendly operation, while differing in drive system, tonearm design and cartridge type between the early 1970s radial-arm versions and the later mid-1980s tangential-tracking DC-motor models. Detailed specifications (motor type, cartridge model, tonearm geometry, built-in RIAA stage, etc.) depend on the particular Beogram 3000 variant and production period.
