About the 9600 MkII
The Zanden Model 9600 MkII is a high-end monaural valve power amplifier using a fully balanced, differential push-pull circuit with two KR845 output tubes per monoblock. It delivers 60 watts in Class A and up to 100 watts in Class AB, with XLR input and 2-, 4-, and 8-ohm speaker connections. Its tube-rectified power supply uses two 6CA4, two 5R4WGB, and two 5687WB tubes, while the amplifier chassis combines polished stainless steel and aluminum plate.
