About the Kipod Studio
The YG Acoustics Kipod Studio is a modular three-way floorstanding loudspeaker comprising a main enclosure with a 6-inch midrange driver and ring-radiator tweeter, plus a separate woofer enclosure. The woofer module uses a Scan-Speak driver and an internal 400W RMS amplifier. Its aircraft-grade aluminum construction, carefully optimized crossover and phase behavior, and tight pair matching are intended to provide highly transparent, dynamic and tonally accurate reproduction in small- to medium-sized rooms. The design is optimized for refined, high-resolution listening rather than very large rooms or extreme orchestral playback levels.
