About the Brick
The Wavelength Audio Brick is a computer-oriented USB digital-to-analog converter (DAC) designed around a non-oversampling Philips TDA1543-family multibit DAC and a 12AU7A tube output stage. The original Brick accepts USB audio and provides stereo analog output on RCA connectors. Wavelength later offered the Brick N2, a revised hybrid NOS version with USB isolation, reclocking, and support for sample rates up to 24-bit/96 kHz. the manufacturer’s product information and store listings document the N2, but do not clearly confirm current production status.
