About the HPA V281
The Violectric HPA V281 is a high-power, fully balanced headphone amplifier that can also serve as a preamplifier. It accepts balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA analog inputs, and provides balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA line outputs. Headphone connections comprise one four-pin XLR balanced output and two 6.3 mm unbalanced outputs. Optional configurations included an internal DAC, remote control, and relay-controlled volume adjustment; these are options on the original V281, not features to assume on every unit.
