About the d1-twelve-mk2
The d1-twelve-mk2 is a three-box digital-to-analog converter system comprising two DAC monoblocks and a dedicated digital front end/reclocker. Each channel uses six discrete resistor R2R ladders, for approximately 600 precision Vishay Foil resistors across the system. A rear-panel switch selects either direct ladder outputs or a discrete Class A transistor output stage. It includes an external power supply, remote-controlled volume and phase polarity, and a selectable non-oversampling compensation filter. Optional configurations include DSD playback, a server/streamer, and other hardware options.
