About the SR507
The SR-507 is an open-back, push-pull electrostatic earspeaker in STAX’s Lambda series. It uses an oval sound element, a polymer-film diaphragm, genuine-leather contact surfaces on the earpads, and a 2.5 m, six-strand silver-plated 6N OFC cable. It requires a compatible electrostatic amplifier with STAX Pro-bias output; it cannot be driven directly from a conventional headphone jack.
