About the Strata III
The REL Acoustics Strata III is a sealed-box active sub-bass system from REL’s ST-III range, introduced in 1998. It uses a downward-firing 250 mm (10-inch) long-throw driver and a built-in 100 W RMS DC-coupled MOSFET amplifier. Separate high- and low-level gain controls, adjustable crossover filtering, phase selection, and an LFE filter-bypass mode support integration with stereo and home-theater systems. REL identifies the Strata III as a historic model; it is no longer in production.
