About the T1
The REL Acoustics T1 is a discontinued high-fidelity subwoofer using a downward-firing 10-inch active woofer and a forward-firing 10-inch passive radiator in a closed-box design. Its 300-watt RMS Class AB amplifier supports high-level input through a Neutrik Speakon connection, plus separate low-level and LFE phono inputs with independent level controls. The variable crossover is adjustable from 30 to 120 Hz, and phase can be switched between 0° and 180°. REL specifies a response of approximately 36–102 Hz, while the crossover extends to 30 Hz. Measuring about 15.75 × 14.25 × 16.5 inches including feet and grille, the T1 was offered in black, white, and cherry finishes. It is designed to augment both music and home-theater systems without filtering the main speakers, allowing low-frequency integration through its high-level and LFE connections.
