About the CL-38uSE
This amplifier is an updated version of the classic CL-35 control amplifier from 1970. It features a shielded chassis housed in a wooden cabinet, providing a classic look and feel. The CL-38uSE includes a multi-function tone control and phono equalizer, with four MC cartridge step-up transformers for independent left and right two-stage gain selection. It also offers a three-stage treble and bass tone control, a mono switch, and a low-cut switch to suppress unwanted low-frequency vibrations from warped records.
