About the KG2
The KG2 is a compact, two-way loudspeaker system. Its 8-inch polymer-cone woofer is paired with a 1-inch hard-dome tweeter loaded by a short horn. The later, more common version uses a rear-mounted 10-inch passive radiator to extend bass response; an earlier version was sold without the radiator. Klipsch’s brochure lists a 35 Hz–20 kHz bandwidth, 90.5 dB sensitivity, and 4-ohm nominal impedance. It was offered in oiled oak, oiled walnut, and semi-gloss black finishes.
