About the Atom
The original Atom Amp is a desktop solid-state headphone amplifier and analog preamplifier, introduced in 2018. It has selectable RCA and 3.5 mm analog inputs, a 6.35 mm (1/4-inch) headphone output, and RCA preamp outputs. Its low output impedance and selectable unity or high gain support use with a range of headphones. This entry describes the original Atom Amp, not the later Atom Amp+ or Atom Amp 2.
