About the Flux-50 NCF
The Furutech Flux-50 NCF is an advanced inline AC power filter designed to significantly reduce noise and interference in audio systems. It features the Innovations Award-winning FI-50 NCF power connector, which combines three active materials: nano-sized crystalline particles, ceramic particles, and powdered carbon. These materials, along with nylon and fiberglass, form a mechanically and electrically non-resonant connector body, making it one of the most sophisticated connectors globally. The Flux-50 NCF incorporates the AC-1501R EMI-filtering system with Neo Damper technology, effectively lowering noise on every component it is used with. This results in a very natural and highly detailed sound with an extremely silent noise floor, improved soundstaging, enhanced image palpability, musical highs, engaging midrange, tight and controlled bass, and increased power and dynamics. It also provides protection against distortion from ground noise, voltage spikes and sags, and high-frequency noise from other components and digital sources within the system. The cable uses 62-strand α (Alpha) OCC conductors with special audio-grade PE insulation, ensuring high-quality signal transmission. Dimensions include an outer diameter of 50.7mm max and an overall length of approximately 30cm. It supports AC 115V/250V 15A 50/60Hz power specifications.
