The Focal Chorus 826 V is a high-fidelity 3-way floorstanding loudspeaker designed for rooms up to 40 m². It features two 6.5" (165 mm) polyglass woofers, one 6.5" polyglass midrange driver, and a 1" (25 mm) aluminum-magnesium inverted dome TNV tweeter. The speaker uses a Powerflow™ multiport system with both front-firing and down-firing ports for powerful and deep bass impact. It has a nominal impedance of 8 ohms, sensitivity of 91.5 dB, and can handle up to 220 W nominal power. The crossover frequencies are set at 300 Hz and 3 kHz, ensuring smooth transitions between drivers. The cabinet is constructed from solid MDF with non-parallel inner walls and finished with an acrylic body available in ebony or natural matte. The speaker includes a cast aluminum base with adjustable spikes for stability and optimal positioning. It is praised for its clarity, dynamic range, and powerful bass response, making it suitable for both music and home theater applications.
