About the N01
The Esoteric N-01 is a reference-class network audio player designed for audiophiles seeking uncompromising digital playback. It features a premium DAC module derived from Esoteric's Grandioso K1 SACD player, supporting ultra-high-resolution PCM and DSD formats, including MQA decoding. The N-01 offers extensive connectivity with Ethernet, USB, optical, AES/EBU, and coaxial digital inputs, making it a versatile digital hub. Its highly rigid, double-layer aluminum and steel chassis minimizes vibration and interference, while the proprietary pinpoint feet ensure mechanical grounding. The N-01 is hand-built in Japan, reflecting Esoteric's commitment to quality and performance. Its analog outputs include both balanced (XLR) and single-ended (RCA) connections, and it can be paired with an external master clock for further sonic refinement.
