About the SC-1A/V
The Dunlavy Audio Labs SC-1A/V is a compact, high-fidelity stand-mounted speaker from the Signature Collection, featuring a D'Appolito configuration with a 1-inch silk-dome tweeter flanked by two 5.5-inch or 4.5-inch mid/bass drivers. Designed by John Dunlavy for phase coherence and flat response, it uses first-order crossovers, sealed enclosure with Q of 0.6, and acoustic foam filling. The AV variant is magnetically shielded for home theater use. Company is no longer manufacturing; product discontinued around 2006.
