The Doshi Audio V3.0 Line Stage is crafted with a focus on balance, combining traditional and modern audio technologies. It is inspired by professional recording equipment like Pultec EQs and Universal Audio Compressors. The preamplifier includes a fully differential signal path and galvanic isolation, ensuring balanced inputs and outputs, which helps eliminate ground noise, especially with digital sources. It uses one ECC99 Dual-Triode Vacuum Tube per channel, where the first triode provides gain and the second acts as a follower to minimize output impedance. The design ensures low output impedance and the ability to drive any cable and amplifier load without negative feedback. The unit includes four differential inputs (configurable as XLR or RCA), a home theater bypass, and two sets of differential isolated outputs. It also features a 12V on/off trigger and is controlled via a machined aluminum remote. The chassis is made from 14-gauge stainless steel, incorporating Doshi’s Three Stage Decoupling technology to reduce resonance and vibration.
