The DALI OPTICON 6 MK2 is an entry-level floorstanding speaker in the OPTICON MK2 series, combining immense low-frequency bandwidth, volume potential, and dynamic accuracy with extraordinary detail and clarity. The speaker features a signature hybrid tweeter module that marries a 29mm soft textile dome tweeter with a custom 17x45mm planar ribbon element, offering the clarity and speed of a dome tweeter with the high-frequency detail and smooth finesse of a planar tweeter. Two 6.5-inch wood fiber cone woofers handle low frequencies and midrange, designed with DALI's audio principles of low-loss, low distortion, and low coloration. The speaker employs a bass reflex enclosure with aerodynamic dual-flare port design to minimize turbulence and extend low-frequency bandwidth. The patented SMC (Soft Magnetic Composite) magnet system significantly reduces mechanical distortion and eddy currents, resulting in reduced third-order distortion for extended listening pleasure. Fully assembled in Denmark, the OPTICON 6 MK2 is ideal for large listening spaces and can be positioned as close as 20cm or up to 1 meter from the rear wall. Available in Satin Black, Satin White, and Tobacco Oak finishes.
