About the Pure Reference Extreme
The Pure Reference Extreme (PRE) by Coincident Speaker Technology is a two-box-per-side loudspeaker system consisting of a compact monitor section and a separate subwoofer cabinet. It uses a 1.2-inch Accuton ceramic tweeter and a 6.5-inch Accuton ceramic midrange driver in the monitor, with dual 12-inch subwoofers in the bass cabinet, and is specified at 20 Hz to 27 kHz, 8 ohms nominal impedance, and 94 dB sensitivity.
