About the 05 Cryo Edition
The Børresen Acoustics 05 Cryo Edition is the flagship version of the company’s 0-series floorstanding loudspeaker. It combines Børresen’s planar ribbon tweeter and iron-free bass/midrange drivers with cryogenic treatment of the loudspeaker’s metal components. The treatment is intended to improve conductivity and expose fine musical detail, while the design is aimed at exceptional refinement, clarity, and a precisely focused soundstage. The 05 Cryo Edition is offered in walnut veneer and represents a substantial upgrade over the standard 05.
