About the Pursang
The Argent Audio Pursang S speaker cable is a premium, hand-crafted product from Argent Audio (also associated with Rosinante), praised for delivering a sparkly yet smooth treble, spot-on midrange accuracy, fast and tight bass, and overall musical rhythm. It features a transparent transition between frequencies with no perceptible bumps or dips, and exceptional purity without grain. Compared to references like AP Gold, it offers addictive upper frequencies but slightly less midrange weight. Available in 8-foot pairs, it supports bi-wiring and was evaluated in high-end systems with components like Tact M2150 amplifiers and Ascendo System M loudspeakers. Sold directly to enthusiasts for cost efficiency despite handmade construction.
