The Arcam CD-192 is the highest performing CD player in the Arcam DiVA range, designed and manufactured in the UK. It uses upsampling technology to convert standard CD digital audio to high sample rates and bit depths (192kHz/24-bit) similar to DVD-Audio, enhancing sound quality with more detail, greater imaging, and emotional portrayal of music. The player employs four Wolfson WM8740 DACs per channel in a dual mono configuration to improve linearity and reduce distortion.
