About the AR-2ax
The AR-2ax is a three-way acoustic-suspension loudspeaker with a sealed, damping-filled enclosure. Its driver complement consists of a 10-inch woofer, a 3.5-inch cone midrange, and a 3/4-inch hemispherical dome tweeter. Rear-mounted controls allow independent adjustment of the midrange and high-frequency levels. Published specifications list crossover frequencies of 1,400 Hz and 5,000 Hz, an 8-ohm minimum impedance, and a frequency response of 42 Hz to 20 kHz (±2 dB).
