About the Crescendo MKI
The Acoustic Zen Crescendo MKI is a three-way full-range speaker designed to deliver high-quality sound. It features a 2-inch horn-loaded ribbon tweeter, dual 5-inch midrange drivers, and dual 8-inch woofers in a transmission line configuration. The upper half of the speaker utilizes a time-aligned D'Appolito MTM arrangement, which provides coherent and lifelike sound. The underhung drivers and ribbon tweeter contribute to accurate, low-distortion sound with clarity and detail. The cabinet design includes a curved shape to reduce enclosure resonance and baffle geometry to minimize diffraction artifacts.
