About Metrum Acoustics
Metrum Acoustics is a Dutch hi-fi audio brand specializing in high-quality Digital to Analog Converters (DACs) renowned for their non-oversampling (NOS) and R2R designs. Founded by Cees Ruijtenberg, the company gained recognition for its unique approach to digital audio, using custom in-house DAC modules to achieve a 'true to nature' sound. Despite experiencing ownership changes and a brief hiatus, Metrum Acoustics has resumed operations under new management, continuing to serve audio enthusiasts with innovative, premium DACs and support from its factory in the Netherlands.
