Don Sachs

Don Sachs is a boutique HiFi audio brand renowned for bespoke tube preamplifiers, power amplifiers, and restorations of vintage tube equipment. With a background as a Harman Kardon Citation valve amp expert, Don Sachs developed a following for his hand-built, customizable line stages and phono stages—especially the acclaimed D2 Linestage and Model 1/2 Preamp. His products have been praised for exceptional craftsmanship, sound quality, and thoughtful circuit optimization. Although Don Sachs has retired from building new products, some of his designs are now produced by Spatial Audio Lab under licensing agreements, sustaining his legacy in high-end audio.
