About Digital Amplifier Company
Founded in 1996 and based in Allentown, Pennsylvania, Digital Amplifier Company (often referred to as Cherry or DAC) designs and manufactures advanced, high-end Class-D audio amplifiers and DACs for audiophiles. Led by chief designer Tommy O’Brien, the company specializes in proprietary, in-house engineered Class-D circuits, avoiding prefabricated modules, with all products built in the USA. Their amplifiers, such as the Cherry Maraschino, 2-CHerry, and MEGAschino lines, are recognized for their high power output, ultra-low distortion, and configurable options. Digital Amplifier Company sells direct to customers and is known for integrating innovative feedback and power supply designs.
